joseph cornell was a major influence on my work (once i figured out who this guy was whose work i was imitating in college), and he was fascinated with rolling ball games and puzzles. i created these to incorporate my first forays into computer graphic design. they all work – i tested each one before they were signed, so all the puzzles are solvable. the glass ball games are filled with glycerine, and move very slowly. ‘having the time of my life’ is a response to a small double-sided crystal watchcase.
